She doesn't know how to use smart phone. This phone doesn't last long. I don't recommend

Great little phone

Hers bit the dust and we replaced it with this $20 phone at Best Buy. In and out in minutes. The carrier's store would have taken an hour and convinced me to spend far too much, then had all sorts of problems setting it up. Carrier also claimed this wouldn't work with my contract plan...but the $100 alternative phone would. Thanks, Best Buy.
