    Incredible Sound Quality, No Adjustability

The sound quality is terrific in these headphones. Whether it's studio quality music or situational awareness in your video games, these are it. However, they aren't adjustable. The wings that rest on your head.. just rest there. You can't increase tension or make the headband smaller. I increased tension by placing a hair tie around the wings it works, but it's not what I expected from a $100+ pair of headphones.

This sound quite literally is the best and worst of both worlds. It has amazing mid ranges, a comfy bass tone, if you play competitive games like Valorant or CSGO it literally has some of the best directional sound in the market. On the flipside this thing has no sound controls on it, it feels cheap build wise and flimsy like it would break, it has one of the weirdest headrests I've ever had the displeasure to wear. I love the sound quality but the comfort is something to worry about, you aren't wearing these headsets for long sessions.

If it were only up to price and sound quality, I would give these 5 stars. But they really aren't comfortable to wear. For short sessions they are fine but after an hour or two there will be a sharp pain on my ear as they drivers are being pushed against my head.

    Best headphones I've ever owned

These things are amazing at what they are designed for. The soundstage is HUGE, making these perfect for Dolby Atmos for Headphones. The clarity of sound is phenomenal -- you can distinguish all the individual noises as a sharp pricks of sound, instead of it all being "mushed" together like on cheap headphones. That said, they are a mixed bag, and there are some things that will turn people off for these: - as open-back headphones, you will hear EVERYTHING around you. I find this a plus, as I'm listening for kids waking up, but it means they are not suited for noisy environments at all. There's also quite a bit of sound leakage (but not enough to disturb anyone not sitting right next to you) -no adjustments -- sound, equalizer, fit, etc. What you get is what you get. Definitely better paired with some kind of amp (even if it's just a mic plug-in for your controller) - the headband is... unique. It fits my large noggin perfectly, and these headphones are LIGHT, so they are insanely comfortable for me. But I can imagine they would be painful if they didn't fit so well. - the cord is LONG, and not replaceable/adjustable. Great for plugging into your sound system and sitting 6 feet away in a chair, not so great when they are plugged into a controller you are holding

Bought for my wife to use with her cello and video conferencing. She like the open back design which gives her more spatial sounds and volume.

Not what I expected from Audio Technica.

Very comfortable to wear but the noise cancelling is lacking. Low volume outside sounds are easily heard unless used at high sound volume.

Was not impressed with this headset. Recently switched my audio and mic to xlr and have been using goxlr as a mixer/amp. Had been using hyperx clouds originally into the goxlr and thought it sounded fantastic. I see a lot of streamers using audiophile headphones and wanted to give it a shot. The sound from these headphones can’t even compare to my gaming hyperx clouds. Will be returning these
