Sounds great. Best turntable in its price range. Easy set up.

This is a great turntable for anyone looking to start listening to records. Everything works great and sounds great and it was easy to set up and start using with no problems. The only issue I had is that the platter seems to not spin as level and as smooth as could be. I can see the stylus move in a constant up and down motion while playing records. It still works and sounds great though.

This turntable hit right in the sweet spot: a solid turntable that provided enough quality and features without breaking the bank. When more discretionary income becomes available I may upgrade, but maybe not -- this one is working out great.

My old turntable was no longer compatible with my Onyko receiver I bought at Best Buy in 2015. The turntable was on sale so I bought it. I forgot how rich vinyl sounds. I am not an audiophile. My hearing is not as good as it once was. The sound was simply awesome. Now I can play all of the albums i have from the 70'sand enjoy them again as if I was hearing them for the first time. Yes I have replaced many of them with CD's. The difference is beyond words. This is a phenomenal turntable and easy to set up with the instructions. I would buy this model again!

Everything I hoped for. Sound quality with stock needle, scratching ability...all top notch. Worth every penny. I’m a beat Producer so I need my stuff to work well and be built tough. This turntable is all that.

This turntable is amazing. The sound quality is superb. It was definitely packed well...someone has a tape obsession...which made unpacking a chore, but at least it was well packed. I highly recommend this turntable.

Out of the box, the LP 120 is easy to set up and works and sounds pretty good. But there is also a lot of potential waiting to be set free if you are so inclined. I like to tinker and have some technical skills, and can't leave well enough alone, so I dove in and made a few changes and modifications that really enhanced the performance of the machine, however it also voided the warranty. So there's that... Here are the modifications I made - 1. Replace the felt platter mat with a rubber one. This made a HUGE difference and improvement in sound quality and doesn't void the warranty. 2. I didn't need the built-in preamp or USB stuff, so I removed it. It's actually pretty simple and there are several YouTube videos out there that show how to do it. This also made a huge difference, since even when the switch on the back says the preamp is bypassed it's really not and there is still a low-pass filter in the signal path that really veils the high frequency sound. This is an invasive procedure and definitely voids your warranty. 3. Dial up the anti-skate setting to about triple your tracking force. Well known that the anti-skate on these is weak. Makes an audible difference and doesn't void the warranty. 4. Check tracking force with a separate gauge. The setting on the counterweight is off significantly. On mine, when set at 2.0 grams, the actual force was 2.35 grams. 5. Replace the included counterweight with Audio-Techica's "heavy" counterweight. This allows the counterweight to be located closer to the tonearm pivot point, improving tracking noticeably. Doesn't void the warranty. 6. Finally, I replaced the standard AT95 elliptical stylus with a much higher quality line-contact stylus. However this cost about 3x as much as all the other changes combined. But it did make a nice improvement in sound and tracking. Before the modifications, I certainly was pleased with the LP120's performance. After the modifications, I am amazed by the sound quality.

I've had this TT for over two months and listen to my old and new lp's almost everyday. This turntable's Direct drive and pitch iare accurate regardless if the the album weighs 120, 140, 180, or 200 grams. I bought the ortofon 2m red cartridge for a bit of an upgrade sound, and I am not disappointed. I highly recommend this TT for the serious lp lovers out ther and those who want to start listening to them.

Well just started collecting vinyls before I waited did researched and found this turntable love it so far have no problems will recommend to anyone.. get this dope toy for your house believe will no disappoint

Easy set up, great quality. Love that it has a USB outlet. A little pricey but worth it.

I bought this after getting back into vinyl. I use to have Technics 1200's when I would DJ as a hobby. However the purpose of this player was for casual listening and it knocks it out of the park. Purists will call it a copy/rip off of the 1200 but,lets be honest, it is. But, it is amazing! It works flawlessly and plays wonderfully. It is a great price as well! You will not be disappointed! The built in amp is a huge plus to be able to plug up audio cables directly into the unit.

Wow, this turntable is by far the best one I have ever owned. I have some albums I thought were basically wore out after 40 yrs. of playing them, but on this turntable they almost sound new. Very impressed.

Read many reviews before purchasing and they did not disappoint. Great sound, easy to set up, looks great and sounds great. Would have given it 5 stars, but not a fan that it does not have auto return.

I love the look. So far so good with quality. I struggled a bit with the balance, but was able to fix that after watching a few You Tube videos. I don't like that there are no volume controls on the actual turntable itself. Also, the little hook that keeps the arm in place when not in use snapped right off day 1 or 2. All and all decent for price.

I absolutely love this turntable. It brings to the table nearly every beloved aspect of a unit 5 times more expensive, yet in a package that is affordable, durable, and well appointed. It has a functional look by using simplicity and smart ergodynamics. Yes, it's less flashy, however it is still elegant by mechanical design. The Audio-Technica name has gained a large following by quite a well respected group of audiofiles. And I am beginning to see what they are talking about.

Just pick up this turnable after talking many people on what I should. First turnable I owed in 35 years. So far I am very pleased with my purchased. Time to kick out the jams on vinyl once again

I was looking for a higher end direct-drive turntable and found this at Best Buy. It's solid and very well made - reportedly rivals those 4 x the price. I did a lot of research before buying this, and even found a price online that Best Buy matched! My records track great and sound on this, and it's really easy to set up and adjust. Definitely far above an entry-level turntable!! Love it.

I just recently bought this as my first turntable and highly recommend it! It is top notch and easy to set up! Just Google for the model and you will see it as one of the best entry level players for novices like me.

I now own 2 of these turntables. I'm absolutely happy with purchasing these tables. Right now I'm a basement DJ and these are excellent practice turntables and an affordable place to start professional DJ-ing.
