I haven't purchased a turntable in about 35 years so I admit this was weird to buy one now in this age of digital. I'm incredibly impressed by the quality of this turntable. The weight is substantial and the rest of the mechanics and controls are excellent for this price range. It also looks great in our living room.

This is the best turntable that I have owned. My albums played crystal clear from my 33’s to my 45’s and even my 78’s sounds great.

This is a great turntable, even better at the price. It has a quartz lock and allows speed adjustments manually. Visual strobe timing lights too. Adjustable tracking force, arm height and a good cartridge stock. It's even reversible! Cons are it does not have an auto return mechanism and the RCA outs are wired (not fixed female ports on the unit)

It works well and hooking it up to a good sound bar was easy. The sound is good and there are not any complaints as of now.

The Audio Technica LP-120 has far surpassed my expectations of a turntable, coming from a cheap turntable, with no cantilever weight, no anti skate, and such this turntable has been a breeze to operate and listen to. Sound is great for the money, and this turntable will treat your records right!

Unit works very well after adjustments per the installation manual. My only gripe is that 30 years ago players would automatically move to/from the platter but this one does not. If an album finishes I need to remember to lift off the needle. Since there is no sound at that point it's easy to forget and sometimes I remember hours later. This doesn't seem to hurt anything, but it's annoying. Otherwise unit seems to play well.

This turntable unlocked memories thru music I hadn't listened to in many years! The performance and sound produced is excellent. Set up was a breeze using UTube videos! Three speeds, forward and reverse, stylus set down light and anti slide plus the bonus of a USB port to transfer music to my laptop! Great product at a very fair price!

This is a great beginner turntable. My wife bout me some records for my birthday and bought me a cheap all in one record player. As I started to collect more albums and doing some research on line I quickly learned that I wasn't getting the best Vinyl experience. This turntable was easy to set up and sounds leaps better then the all in one.

This is a great turntable, but a little tricky to set up the tone arm adjustments. The sound, though, is fantastic, and worth the setup effort. The only complaint is that the tone arm lock, a thin piece of plastic, broke almost immediately. I had to use a twist-tie to make sure the tone arm stays in place. Be very careful with that piece.

Great turntable, bought it to play 30-40 yr old LPs. Easy setup. good quality sound. It is a manual turntable You need to position the arm onto the beginning of the record and take it off when the record is over. more expensive turntables would do this automatically. Still a good quality turntable.

I purchased this turntable in hopes to bring a lively sound back to my ears. After listening to mp3's and CD's for the last 2 decades I just wanted to retrain my ears and get more of an experience while jamming to some of my favorites. My first musical experience came when I was 6 years old when my father gave me his old record player and somehow was able to score a classic record (Mental Health). My memory still lives with me, sitting on my bedroom floor in just amazement that dropping a needle on a spinning plastic disc delivered such powerful feelings and such a strong connection to the music. That same feeling kept coming back and I finally broke down and got a beautiful turntable that got amazing reviews. I didn't purchase this record player to become part of the "in crowd" but rather I wanted to reconnect to music in a different way. I wanted to become more present in the art that these musicians created. Let me tell you... with the purchase of this turntable and one of my favorite records (Nevermind) I've been brought back to that bedroom when I was 6 years old. This turntable delivers an excellent sound stage with very crisp detail. I'm in love.

I'm getting back into vinyl after many years. This turntable came recommended and I have to say that I am very pleased. Setup was very easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It has a built-in pre-amp or you can use your own equipment. For the moment, I have to use the built in pre-amp. Though I will be upgrading the rest of my equipment to use a proper pre-amp, I am very impressed with the sound quality. Overall, an excellent place to start and good value for the money.

I got this turntable for my spare room, my main room has the older Technics that my Mom gave to me. This unit uses the AT95E stylus, which is an excellent current production model. I converted my Technics to it two years ago. A few things about this unit. You will have to set the tracking force and anti-skate (which are usually set to the same value). Since I have done this many times, I know what to do but the directions can be a little confusing for a first timer. You adjust the counterweight so the arm "floats" level, then lock it down and turn the counterweight to between 1.8 to 2 grams. You simply adjust the anti-skate to the same setting. Do not play 78 RPM records with the included stylus. It will self destruct in short order. You will have to obtain a special stylus for that speed made by Audio Technica from a vendor to play those type of records. This is not a DJ stylus. So, you will have to change the headshell/stylus if you are into playing records backwards or "scratching". I have not tried the included software as I could care less about recording records to my computer. It is nice on the back it has a switch for line or phono output as some amplifiers do not have phono inputs. I have had good results using both, but usually use the phone output setting. This unit is also dual voltage so it will work in areas with 240V 50 Hz AC maiins. The only thing I do not like is it does not automatically return the tone arm at the end of a record. This is a manual unit, but it does have a cue lever so that at least makes life a little easier when you get to that point. All iin all, I am satisfied with this turntable. It is a good price and has a great headshell/stylus. I have notieced on some reviews that some have had warped platters but I did not have this issue.

I had previously owned a supposedly professional table but was taken for a turn (no pun intended) . The Audio-Technica name says it all it definitely is a PRO-table from putting it together (fairly easy) to spinning my 180 gram it works professionally!

I bought this turntable on my re-entry to vinyl. I gave away my old one and all my old records over 20 years ago. The Audio Technica LP120 is a spitting image of the Technics 1200, which costs $1300. It came with a solid AT cartridge. Sounds great and has all the needed features to set up and adjust properly. Paired it with my old Pioneer 727 receiver and JBL100 studio monitors. Only negative is the phono jacks are hard wired in, so I can't use my own connects. A good budget turntable to get back into records
