I purchased this after explaining to the Best Buy Clerk what I was looking for. This was recommended for convenience charging at my computer so that I could see my phone screen for incoming calls as I work at my computer. If I put the magnetic arm straight up, my Motorola Flip falls. It seems it's too heavy for the magnet. I have to tilt it back. I don't like that you need to set it just right, more to the left to get a fast charge. Otherwise, it charges way too slow. There should be just fast charge!

This charger would not work with a MagSafe case on my new Samsung S25 Ultra cellular phone - additionally, the magnet was very weak upon attempting a connection. I also tried using it on the same phone without the MagSafe case - it worked sporadically, but not consistently. I next tried it with a Galaxy S20+ without the case - it worked sporadically, but not consistently. This product was returned as damaged because it gave only intermittent performance.
