It has pretty good image quality and a premium build but lacks features that all the competitors have like a touchscreen, off-line mode, etc for the price point., not the greatest value for money

Easy to use and looks great! Perfect size for family room display. Just what I was looking for.

I purchased this picture frame for my husband on his birthday. We love it the size of the frame is perfect and its nice that my children or anyone that I add to the frame account can also add pictures they are out of state and its nice to see pictures of them and our grandkids .

Images are great and set up was super easy. Gave this as a Mother's Day gift and it was a breeze to set up. There is a QR code on the outside of the box that you can scan and choose a picture and message to display once it is set up. The image and message popped right up once it connected to WiFi.

Love this frame. We had the slightly smaller one (Carver) before; we moved and the screen got damaged. In replacing it we went for the bigger desktop display that we keep in the kitchen so we can easily see it. I contacted Aura and they migrated the thousands (Yikes! Hard to believe we had that many photos on it, but we do have a new grandchild…) of pictures on it. I like this Aspen because it is bigger display, as I said, so we can see it from across the room. But I like it as we can change it from displaying portrait mode to landscape. The new Carvers are now only landscape.

This was a gift to a family member. It was easy invite others to submit photos to the frame and easy to set-up the frame. The size is good for displaying photos prominently. And the recipients were delighted.

It is great! It is expensive but worth it. No additional payments. The frame looks luxurious. The image quality is good. You can hear your videos as well. I really enjoy it. This can be a good gift.

This frame does it all great pics, video and easy to use direct from phone. Aura is awesome.

Best quality of digital frame. I actually have a Kodak one that I got several years ago-there is no comparison. Easy tutorial and directions.

I decided to purchase an Aura frame after returning from a dream vacation with so many photos it was a tipping point. So far the frame is just me uploading photos for myself, but the process is so easy I don't hesitate to recommend this frame to someone else. It's not cheap, but worth it.

Solid app and very easy to use. Since all the pics reside in their cloud tenancy, I am concerned about the day they decide to not pay their cloud bill. Make sure to have backups somewhere else!

This frame was a big hit for Father’s Day. Pictures can be uploaded in 2 mins. Family can upload pictures so we never miss out on grandkids .

Purchased as a birthday gift for my mother. She loves it!

The paper has black paint on it from overspray or they put it on while the frame was wet. Also the screen has really bad light bleed so dark photos have bright lights in the corner. This is a very expensive poor quality item.
