This is such a great series to watch.Even my wife who isnt really into the war programs is addicted to this Series. The Acting is solid and the bluray make it looks amazing.I have a few episode left to watch.Then I shall purchase the Pacific on bluray also. The Metal case is a nice touch to the collection too.

Both Hanks and Spielberg have an affinity for the WWII era and it shows in Band of Brothers. Many times violent but often touching this is a must for any aficionado of the WWII era. This mini series is a once in a lifetime deep dive into the perennial event that shaped "The Greatest Generation".

This is one of my all time favorite mini series out there. I wish it would of been just a little longer, but, wow, what a trip through history this was. I love the special features. The interviews with the actual Veteran's form the 101st. If you are a WWII historian or just a history buff, get this.

This series is one of the penultimate must-watch HBO dramas. Absolutely engaging, breathtaking storylines and stunning performances from a cadre of young, established Hollywood actors. If it weren't for Easy Company, I am certain WWII would have lasted MUCH longer. A Must Own set.

This series is one of my all time favorites so I had to get it on blu-ray once the price had gone down a bit. The audio quality is amazing, the picture quality is great (not quite state of the art in 2015 but still very, very good) and the packaging is awesome. Great set from HBO

Absolutely LOVED this series the first time around. I saw it on sale on Blu-ray and I just had to pick it up! Storyline is amazing, production is amazing, everything about this mini series is AMAZING!! If you haven't seen it and you are into war flicks, this is a must watch!

This is truly a masterpiece. Simply put, it is both HBO and Spielberg at their very best. If you are a fan of war movies or series then this is a must, and this is the edition you have to get. And if you already love the mini-series, you will not be disapointed, trust me.

History is told in Band of Brothers. This is an entertaining history lesson. It educates and entertains and brings light to the sacrifices made to preserve the American dream, and how different wars were fought when compared to today's war in the Middle East.

This series is one of the closest portrayals of the events that took place in Europe during the war. I have walked many of the areas these men fought in and this series captures it accurately. I liked it so much that this is the second copy I have purchased.

It goes without saying that Band of Brothers is classic and wonderful television. SO glad to own this on Blu-Ray DVD. Wish the special features were easier to use, but I guess I need to get a PIP capable BluRay player to access. Product is great quality.

Loved this series from the first time I watched it on the history channel ages ago. Now making a point to watch it each year at least once. Only complete is the audio seems off but that may have more to do with playing it through my PC speakers.

My husband had seen this series previously and recommended it for me to see. I am so glad he did, the story and acting were magnificent. I highly recommend this to anyone who takes an interest in American history.

This movie was excellent!! If you like war movies, you will love this one. Lots and lots of action. Had the whole family watch this movie and also had two friends barrow and watch movie who then said they had to buy it for themselves.

If your going to buy the box set spend the extra money on blue ray. Great series if you've never seen it. Its a must have if your into the history of the European campaign of world war2. Talks with the actual men who were there and served.

Band of Brothers is based on the real life followings of Easy Companies difficult and heroic journey of Victory for the Allies in World War II. I would highly recommend this movie to any World War II movie fans.

If you like watching WWII battle movies then this is a must for you. I started watching this and I was instantly hooked. If you enjoyed watching Private Ryan then get this. I think we need a higher star rating chart for this series.

Great story and character development. Scenes are as gritty as Spielberg's Saving Private Ryan. Produced by Spielberg so it can't go wrong. The actin g is great and recommend it to anyone on Blu Ray and a must to use a home theatre.

This HBO series is one of my favorite that they have every created. I am a little bias because I find the World War II era fascinating, but the series is really well made and the blu-ray looks fantastic. A must have for WWII buffs.

Is so well made on so many levels. Unless you absolutly hate war movies or hate movies in general, there's no recent not to watch. If you seen it, you would want to get this on blu ray (especially is pretty cheap now) :)

It's one of those television events crafted so well, and with such sincerity and conviction, that by the end you're not sure whether you just watched it or whether you were standing alongside the men, fighting with them.
