This is one of my all time favorite miniseries. Had the DVD box set since it came out after watching it on HBO a couple times. Wanted the blu-ray for the better picture and sound quality

Even after 15 years, I find this to be the best mini series ever made. The story, acting, and cinematography are all superb. If you loved saving private Ryan, you will love this show.

Talk about an experience! You truly feel you are part of the war. Watch this with someone who knows something about WW2 so you don't get nagging questions.

This DVD has many extras if you buy the blue ray edition. Expanded interviews and timeline of events. Richard (Dick) Winters should have gotten the Medal of Honor for his actions under fire.

While there are still elements of Hollywood, the emotional toll the war took on these men was shown and expressed to a point that you were made to feel like a part of their lives.

My husband can watch this over and over again. You make a real emotional connection with the characters. I enjoyed seeing the real heroes narrating as their story progressed.

Watching Band of Brothers is like watching history come alive. It's a war series on the surface, but also a story of exceptional leadership and courage by 'ordinary' men. A must see!

Band of Brothers is one of the best series that HBO have ever created. HBO stuff tends to be very expensive but they had a sale at Best Buy that was very affordable.

This movie captured the spirit of serving in an elite unit in the Army during WWII and some of the signicant events they encountered.

Possibly one of the best war movies of all time. A fantastic cast. We watched the entire series in 3 days because we couldn't wait for the next episode each night.

Incredible story about world war 2. It makes it even better like true to life series due to the high definition resolution. I highly recommend this series..

great series that presents a very accurate depiction of Easy Company and their trek across Europe. almost documentary style - not a bunch fake dramatic effect.

I had never seen this series and wanted to get this to see. Lu1ckily I got it at a GREAT Price.... Excellent Price for an Excellent Series
