I was looking for Barbie’s for a children’s shelter and they had requested non-white Barbie’s. It was right before Christmas and it was difficult to find any in stock. Best Buy had a great supply and I was able to purchase a few.

I always loved Barbie and am always happy to purchase Barbie for gifts for the young girls coming up. So many choices today so there's going to be something that appeals to their interests. They're also more true to life now, not all "Twiggy" like in my days.

The “big boned” thicker barbies are kind of difficult to find, best buy of all places had it while i was there looking for something else. I like my daughter to know that there are other body sizes out there and a size zero isn’t it. Best thing mattel ever did in my opinion.

My daughter loves the fashionista line barbies, im glad she has a few she plays with. These are more realistic and true designed. My daughter still has hers and has collected more of these over time.
