Pleasantly surprise how the cords unwinds smoothly and stays in play until I pull for retraction. Smooth- does not snap back. Extends to my desired length. I love the turtle shell hive when not in use- avoiding wrapping this cord (unsightly).

I like that it has intermittent stop points so I don't have to pull it out all the way all the time. My only nit is that the center disk is a lot larger than I expected so it doesn't fit where I planned to put it when not in use.
