Appt was from 7am-1pm, didn’t show up till 6pm and had no contact with them all day!

The set up was a disaster and it wasn’t even geek squad it was a third party had to reschedule 3 times and didn’t even have the correct stuff to install very disappointed

I don’t feel it was right that I was charged $79.99 for setup just because I requested setup after I got the sound bar home and realized I couldn’t do it myself after I was assured by an associate at the store that it wasn’t hard to install.

The first tech called to confirm. Sent an email. Came to my high rise and left without notifying me. Then after I had been waiting two hours, I called him. He lied to me and said he called me to say he cannot come up. Absolutely unacceptable. If he lies about that how could I let him in my home?

The agents that mounted my sound bar left the wires dangling. The whole point of getting these installed was so everything was flushed and clean. I ended up having to do everything on my own. They mounted my tv and had the wires dangling for that as well and never installed the HDMI wire I asked them to put on prior to mounting the tv. Terrible service!!!

Showed up 4 hours late. My son had to correct their work. Disappointed. They were contractors because I guess the real geeks were overbooked. Get it together. P

Came in with broken freezer. Called customer service- they refused to set up a new delivery appointment . I paid gor the stuff- they came in with a broken freezer- and best buy dont want to even clarify when I can get the item I paid for.

Bose sound bar was improperly connected to TV by Geek Squad.
Multiple visits failed to solve the problem. On the last scheduled visit, technicians failed to show up. Had they simply Googled the problem or contacted Bose, they could have solved the problem, as I eventually did by myself. Overall, the Geek Saud’s performance was extremely disappointing.

No solutions except to upgrade all of my working equipment. Nice gentlemen but it was a waste of money.

It was as if these guys never did the job before. One of them (Samuel) immediately started saying “we’ve got a problem, you didn’t pay for WiFi setup”. I said I paid extra to have it set up and mounted. It took these two 25 minutes to do the job and were out the door before I could even see if the sound bar worked. Next time I’ll pay twice the price for my own electrician. Yikes.
