Took 3 appointments to set up my television with the audio bar I purchased along with it. Oh and then I was charged an extra $50 to mount the audio bar as soon as the squad arrived.

Tv have new sound bars which are nauseatingly out of synch and one is going in and out of sound mode. Absolutely intolerable but was not able to get help in 2 weeks before virus struck

I did not like paying for this service to have in-wall speakers mounted.

I bought the Bose 700.Tech had never seen.Total loss of $129.00.Took 2 more weeks of me attempting to get all capabilities of sound bar working. No product knowledge at all on device. Never again.

The Audio was previously installed. The Salesman sold the me the Audio setup package just in case it was needed. There was no audio setup required, and I was told that the audio setup charge would be rebated.

Worst Service in 25+ years

The technicians (it took 3 service calls) did not know what they were doing. We paid for the new upgrade for Total tech support. After 25+ years using Best Buy, it was the worst service we have ever received.
