Third party substitute Geeks have NEVER SUCCEEDED to complete a job satisfactorily. Be wary if you are told you are getting other than Geek Squad members to do an installation for you.

Bought audio wire for this job and was told they would run around room. They completed mounting projector, which looks wonderful, but the wire was untouched.

However, we're not fans of techs leaving before the job is completed either, so it's understandable that you're wondering what's going on the audio. I would not let Best Buy Geek Squad hook up my equipment ever again the guy who hooked up my receiver did not explain anything completed the job and left

hopefully third trip top our house will complete this install. Best Buy has great products. should step up their service game. we have no other options in our area.

Geek Squad performed the site inspection for TV over fireplace mount and then they cancelled on me on the install date. Said they couldn’t perform the install.
