sytem doses not work for tv, only dvd player they did not hook up tv

Sound bar & woofer was set up. I was taught something new about how the woofer & sound bar were setup completely across the room from each other. Man, it made the difference in the room.

The sound bar installation was part of the in-home delivery and setup. I'm glad that I ordered it and the technicians were professional and made sure that everything was in order.

I had two members from the Geek Squad (Will and whoops, just forgot second person's name, but am horrible at remembering) visit today. The original task was to install a Vizio soundbar.
When I went into greater detail about why I wanted to change my existing home theater set-up over to a soundbar, Will recommended that we not give up on the existing configuration in conjunction with a Harmony Universal Remote. I figured it was worth a shot, so agreed to the approach.
After almost 4 long and grueling hours, overcoming several unexpected hardware issues, the Geek Squad delivered a workable solution. At no time did they take a break, take a lunch break, complain or try to find a way to excuse themselves from the task. I had even suggested several times that they take a food break or come back at another time to rethink the various issues, but they insisted on working their way through the problems.
I admire their persistence and tenacity, their technical skills in overcoming numerous nagging issues and above all, the customer service attitude shown by both individuals.
This is my first use of Best Buy Geek Squad support and it will definitely NOT be the last.

The soundbar, etc. was set up along with the TV. I like the feature of the soundbar's attachment to hold the TV, thus eliminating the TV stand. The soundbar and TV holder looks much better than the stand. The sound system is amazing; am so happy that I purchased it along with the TV. Agents did a great job setting it up.
Geek Squad tied the Bose AV48 DVD into the system.

Giovanni did a suburb job. We have a Bose AV48 system that needed to be tied into the new WOW internet box and we lost the ability to watch DVDs. He was able to assess the situation quickly and corrected the problem left behind by the other Geek Squad representative who tried to tie everything together. We valued his advice on what we needed to do for the future.
