The techs hooked up a new sound bar to an older model TV from the same manufacturer. They had to trouble shoot some connectivity issues to make it work, but were successful and it performs beautifully.

They showed up when they said they would, BUT they had the same problem we had. The sound bar would not work with the TV. It was determined that the sound bar was defective or the TV was . Replaced the SB, didn't fix it Replaced the TV still doesn't work. received additional set up information from salesman, so far can't get the SB to work? Guess I go back a 4th time to see what to do now. THIS IS TURNING INTO A JOKE. NOT HAPPY WITH EITHER PRODUCT!

My Geek was extremely knowledgeable on setting up the sound bar - I bought a LG TV & then bought a LG sound bar - I was extremely comfortable with the Geek setup person - he explained the setup as he went on & even programmed my remotes from 3 to 1 - What a difference it made in viewing!

The agent did a thorough inspection of the product and the installation. Apparently it was defective as he could not get the remote to interface with the soundbar. Item returned to store.

My GS tech was knowledgeable and thorough, although he took an hour to hook up the new Denon receiver, connect everything, and then program my Harmony universal controller. But since I could NEVER do this, I am very grateful for his work! And at 20% off, it was a good deal!

the service was good. The ending result was no. Had them out for the rear speakers and the got them working. Later when went to watch a program the rear speakers were not
working. Called them back out on a redo and the said that I had to be on 5.1 or better. That made sense. Later I went to watch a movie on 5.1 and no rear speakers. Had the volume up also on the rears. Spend a lot of money to not be very happy with my system. I expected surround of Bose quality and it just doesn't seem to work for the remote rears.
