The difficulty was only connecting the wires. Turning up the volume of the sound bar !!!!!

Although the team had issues due to a Sonos software update they refused to give up. They left and promised to return the same day once they had more information. They did and got everything working. I thought their dedication spoke volumes. Will use again as needed.

The tech did a super job in installing this product into my new LG 4K TV. It is a different kind of sound.

replaced a Samsung 2.1 soundbar to find higher sound quality in the LG 3.1 soundbar Was easy to install and pair to TV

Total tech is a fantastic deal bar none!!! it will pay for itself many times over. I had the tv installed on another occasion I had the soundbar installed on another occasion I had a technical issue and the tech corrected it. If I had to pay a tech to fix the issues it would have cost me considerable more. I only had total tech for 5 months and it is good for two years. Total tech is worth many times over for the 199.00.

They mounted my TV but did not ask me where I wanted it. Charged me for Home Theatre / Soundbar installation and demo but I didn’t get a home theatre or soundbar hooked up. They did unplug my old one. No demonstration on the new TV or remote. I asked that equipment / wires not being used be cleared out. I found a box from my old TV stuffed under my tv stand, hooked up to nothing, but still plugged in….. up to this point service from the geek squad has been great

Alex, from the squad, was on schedule and patiently explained the setup of my new Bose sound bar. He even set up my DVD player, as well. He was super efficient, made appropriate suggestions and had a great attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product.

The Squad members were very understanding our problems and took care of them, There were good at explaining what was being done and what we needed to do and learn the changes. They were very polite and cleaned up anything that needed to be cleaned.

Geek Squad (Mike) did a great job setting up my Sonos speakers.
