Geek squad arrived earlier than appointment and took the time to make sure we knew how to run the tv, dvd,vcr, and picture viewer they were great!

My agent called a day early to see if she could solve my problem even faster. She quickly assessed the problem and immediately fixed it. She then took time to explain to me just how to keep things running correctly and as I wanted. She was outstanding in every way.

On 10/18/23 two techs from the Lexington. SC store came to to my home with a replacement TV and did a outstanding job in setting up the TV and sound bar.

Great Agent who came on time and set the new soundbar up in my main theater room. He connected it up with my other Sonos rooms and was fast, helpful and made sure I could work everything before he left. The only way to go ;-)

A disaster from the start, booking appointment took about 20 min, lady did nit speak very good English, very hard to understand and communicate with. I told her that i needed a sound bar, subwoofer, and tv installed she said it would be 99.00, I asked her for an appointment for Friday Dec 3rd after 2:30. the next morning I got a text saying that my appointment was confirmed for a Dec 3rd between 7-1. I called later that afternoon to tell her again that I wasn't available till 2:30. she said that she was unable to change the appointment, but would put it in the note's. (45 min to have her add notes to the order. Later that month I got a text on November 22nd saying that my appointment was confirmed November 16!!!?? called again and was placed on hold for another 40 minutes to clear up the confusion. Still continued to receive text saying November 16. Stopped by the store and talked to the store manager and she said that it was for November 16, she said she would follow up and get ahold of me, she did the next day call me and said that she emailed the supervisor for geek squad and he would give me a call. Several days later he did call and got the appoint for Dec 3. after 2:30, got a text saying that the technician would be there between 3:30-5:30, he never showed up till 6;15. When he got here he said that the work order was for a sound bar only, and to set up the T.V. was $150.00, sub woofer $100.00 and the sound bar $100.00. Totally ridiculous, so I told him I didn't want anything done for that price after he left I set up the T.V. on my own, Only took about 10 min, 5 of it was just getting it out of the box. Would stay away from using them ever again at all cost, set up your own T.V. for a savings of $150.00. totally disappointed, I feel like I should charge them for the time I spent on hold, going to the store, and waiting for the technician at their rates that would be about $950.00. never again.
