Great service and eye on detail. Installer supplied anchors that were needed to install the sound bar how I wanted it.

Joe came into our home and set up our new Sony(STR-790 receiver with Sony SACS-9 woofer to our Sony XBR-900F tv)A/V system. He was pleasant to speak to and very professional in attitude. Good job Joe!

The geek squad installed a tv and sound bar, which they did a good job and I have no complaints. However, if opening the box and plugging in the sound bar to the tv and outlet is a $50 service that is absurd. This should be included in the install charge that I was charged for not this basic audio set-up. The geek squad consultant who came to my home for the consultation didn’t indicate this would be charged. The local BB store is the one who was adamant about this. I plan on taking this up with them. I would only recommend this if you have other audio components that need to be connected to a surround system.
