They work great charge fast. I was hoping for a little more bass. But overall I would recommend these.

Nice beats, sometimes it seems louder in my right ear other my left side.

It's a good deal if you're looking for an affordable price on the Beats Pro. The reason that I’m giving 2 stars, at first, it was a good option, and I thought that quality wouldn’t be affected. It doesn’t have the same smoothness when pressing the bottom to answer or hanging up calls. I’m guessing it has to do with being a refurbished product, so even though it’s tested before selling, chances are it’s not as smooth as something that’s perfect out of the box. Then again, I got a good deal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection.

Awesome headset and perfect color. Charging case really helps when i need to charge the headset on the fly and traveling on a long flight. Cert Refurb item should include the 4th (main) eartip.

Only gave these 2 stars because music does sound great! But they're uncomfortable on my left ear & when I'm using them to make/receive calls my callers are barely able to hear me. I love my older pair of beats but I'm returning this pair & ordering something different. Bummed!

Works great considering it is refurbished. I like the security of the hook curve to keep these earphones in place. The volume controls are very convenient to manipulate. I have found that I need to pull my hair back when talking on the phone else I sound muffled to the caller on the other end.

So far so good let’s see how good there going to be after 6 months

Bought these for my wife. She always had problems with earbuds which would fall out while working out. These work great (according to her) and stay in while running. The mic works great for calls too!

I got them used and they worked just as good as my new ones did thank you

Comfortable ! Nice sound ! Use them for biking no issues with falling out of my ear. I love them !

They are amazing, however one came with a scratch and appeared to have been dropped or chewed

Received my Beats by Dr. Dre - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones. First the charger would not plug into USB port so I just used my Ipad charger your phone has to be stuck to you or you cant go from one room to the next without losing signal doesn't stay charged very long but it doesn't take long to charge which is good and the sounds not to bad.

I like the beats pro but the refurbished ones I received didn’t work that great something was wrong with the left ear and the charger. I returned them and paid the difference for a brand new pair. These are much better I like them a lot I just can’t figure out the best cushions for my ear so they won’t hurt.

Work great and easy to use. Was a bit skeptical with the refurbished pair, but cannot tell a difference!

The silicone part was missing, however the order arrived quickly.

These earbuds are amazing! I had my doubts because they where refurbished, but man was I happily surprised. They work great and look awesome! I will definitely recommend them.
