Left earpiece will not charge

Checked several reviews online and this appears to be a issue with a lot of other people, too. I returned the beats and will do a review after three weeks of use.

The left one would never connect to the phone and the right had so much static you couldn’t hear a thing. We’ve definitely had luck buying Geek Squad refurbed items for Best Buy in the past but unfortunately not this time so item returned
