Like-new condition. Looking into purchasing another pair to leave at work. Happy with this purchase.

Works as it should...but, very short battery life.

These headphones literally broke a month and a half after I bought them! They are trash. DO NOT WASTE your money with buying these from bestbuy. Just because they're an already established organization doesn't mean these are quality products. They are not. These headphones began giving me issues a month after I purchased them. The right headphone at times would stop working. All I had to do was return the headphones back to the case in order to get them working again. This time around though it didn't work. Again, DO NOT BUY REFURB from best buy. It is not even similar to the condition of buying a new product in the grand scheme of things. They will break down quickly. I was hesitant at first buying a refurb product. I wish I didn't. I can't even return them as the best buy warranty only lasts 15 days.

I sincerely thought purchasing the pro beats would be best quality purchase. However, since I purchased them, people say they can’t hear me. Which it’s extremely disappointing. Therefore they currently only good to hear music.

Work just like any other beats! Not disappointed at all and saved some money in the process!

I work fine but sometime it get disconnected while I am listening music.

They were great for the first couple of days till they stopped working properly and only one would connect and play to my laptop! I returned and just got a brand new pair because of how much I liked the sound quality. Bite the bullet and just buy the new pair!

Quality is so satisfying, very satisfied with sound

This was purchase of a refurbished Powerbeats Pro and it is so DISAPPOINTING. The volume is so low you can hardly hear the music, even after turning it to maximum. I was super unsure of buying a refurbished item and now my fear of it not working correctly is confirmed.

The sound quality is amazing. I chose my beats over my airpods. Awesome decision.

Very happy with the purchase. Incredible price for a great product. Great quality and sounds fantastic.

Total disappointment. Had high expectations but ended up returning these earbuds. Nothing but highs & mids with no bottom end. Swapped out all three ear cushions & made no difference. Only way to hear the bass was to push & hold buds tips into ear canal.

Worked perfectly, even tho it said refurbished it was practically new.
