I thought these would be a great gift but I find them uncomfortable for looking period use. The sound quality is poor. I've had several pairs of beats, these were the first pair since apple took over & the difference is highly noticeable.

My husband love them he use them all the time and perfect work.!

Bought refurbished, regret it, having issues 3 weeks after buying Only to find out Best Buy only has 2 wk policy for return/exchange very disappointing now I have to deal with manufacturer

They went out in October and I took them back in December to see if I could get them fixed and they told me they were 8 days out of warranty! They didn't come with an after market warranty or I would have bought it just for security purposes.

They’re very loud which is good but when on FaceTime or the phone in general a lot of people complain that they hear everything else around me and not me. They say I sound like I’m super far away. Other than that they’re pretty good, I guess.

The don’t load properly and are a bit uncomfortable

This is our second set of refurbished Beats earphones, and we've been pleased with both purchases.

These have No bass and the charge doesn’t hold on the right ear bud. I bought a $10 set of Skull Candy that sound 100% better. I will be returning these.

I'm disappointed in these. The left ear almost never works. I have tried my sons ear pods and was very impressed, I wish that I knew that the beats are shotty quality prior to buying them

The stoo working and wasn't ablle to return them. Sound blow out after a couple of day's

I saw the reviews so I just prayed I would get a pair that worked. They don't. Won't even turn on. I'm returning them and just spending the extra 75 dollars for a brand new pair and the protection plan

They well and sound great. Easy to use. I was impressed with them. They arrived ⅕in a timely manner.

These earphones have a great range and connection setup was super easy to my laptop and samsung phone.

My favorite headphones I have ever owned. Can't go wrong with these!

I bought these refurbished for my boyfriend and they came in brand new! He loves them for running and working out.

One star is very high rating considering one of the earphone stopped working after 2 weeks when I try to return they mentioned the return time is done and as refurbished it can’t be covered by warranty also

My ears hurt from these there’s a hard ball plastic part that hurts both my ears kinda ridiculous I can only wear them for 10 minutes before I can’t bear it anymore not worth the price tag ):
