    When I am on calls talking to others, they can't hear me and they say I sound muffled. Music does not have any bass, dont ssf sound good at all. Can these be looked at.

    Dont really care for apple products but gave these a try for 1/2 off these refurbished ones. Not compatible with my Samsung Note 20 returned for refund.

    The only wireless headset that I can use without falling while running with it... So, ease of use is really good but it stopped working after 4 months.

    I would never use this brand again. Not comfortable, lousy phone connectivity and audible quality. Returned them after only 1 day. Like I said, they were horrible!
