I wear these while I play basketball and they stay on the ear very well. The volume is great. I even wore them while I mowed my lawn and I could hear my music. Was a bit nervous about refurbishment but they are good as new. For sure recommend.

Overall good product. Only reasoning for not five stars is just a preference of mine. While at the gym or at work I tend to pull one ear bud out of my ear and let it rest around my ear but not actually remove it from my ear just because I like to hear what's around me at times but when doing that the default setting is to pause the sound because it thinks you are removing an ear bud from your ear. Not sure if there is a way to change that, probably not. Drives me crazy and have to press play again every time but overall good product and no complaints besides that.

It didn't function well, the audio is bad. I had problem with earbud, sometimes with right, sometime with left

5 months in and the earbuds are already having problems. Spend the extra $$ and buy the non-Geek Squad products.

Love them. Snug fit, great sound, good battery. Can get uncomfortable after wearing for an extended time.

The sound are low , it did not come with the correct charger to the dock . Best buy gave me 14 days to return and I could not get an extension even while we was on quarantine

Expected better sound quality, but still they fit well and the with a fully charged (emphasis on this) case they last super long, longer than my previous Powerbeats 3. Also comes with different sized earbuds, so definitely experiment and see how each sounds/fits.

Left earpiece was not working. I was out of town for a funeral and they will not return the headphones a week late. Do not buy refurbished products.

Purchased these thinking it would fit on my ear and not fall off. They are uncomfortable on the ear and the sound is very low even with the volume up

Comfortable, microphone works well when cell phone calls come in. Sound quality is average. In order to get deep bass, one has to push them in hard, then they back out slightly losing the stereo deep bass. Overall they are nice.

I switched over from AirPods and I don’t think I’m ever going back. I love the fact that the earpiece wraps around your ear to stay in while I’m moving and the sound quality is great.

The box had a scratch as soon as I opened you can tell it had been used

Purchased in March 2021. Stopped working within 2 months. Also, the black from the case bleeds onto the lime green headphones.

Right ear bud stopped working after 4 months. These need to last at least 12 months.

I purchased and these in the same day, the sound was horrible. Not worth the money the are charging.

One side never chargers correctly. Battery life never shoes when I open case.

These are perfect and I use them daily. They are very comfortable and don’t bother your ears, even with hours of use. Very impressed with these!
