Great set of headphones but them to workout no complaints

Love these earbuds! They are super simple to set up, they connect right away with my Wi-Fi, and they actually fit my ears which is amazing because traditional ones usually just fall out or irritate me.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and sound of these Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Earphones and to be perfection honest, they were just as great as a brand new pair without the high sticker price from Beats. I've bought several Refurbished items from Best Buy before and I've never been disappointed.

Sounds great! Not the best sound that I thought it was going to be, but I still love it! I use this for work since I move around a lot, so it works great for me!

Sound great! Was hesitant to purchase a refurbished pair of headphones but they came literally like new in the box with all the attachments etc! Would definitely buy again!

The sound quality is excellent. The only issue is the charging port, placing the earbuds can be tricky you have to set the perfectly on it or it will not charge. Has to be an easier way to charge them.

Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.
