For a company that I almost always have issues with when it comes to customer service, this was actually a great experience. The headphones were pretty much brand new. I prefer my Apple Air Pods most of the time but these are very good for when you are actively moving around and need your ear buds too stay in place. The only issue is it can be hard to get a good seal and keep it when you are active, this negatively impacts the sound and you find yourself adjusting them often. the range of Bluetooth on these is also great, similar to others with the Apple chipset.

High quality earphones. I'm a big fan of the pieces that wrap around you ears - earphones usually don't stay in my ears very well. They are comfortable and you can wear them for hours. I haven't had any issue with them falling out of my ears during exercise.

I purchased a refurbished pair and It was easy to set up and pairs well with apple products. Using the microphone callers can hear me not crystal clear but well enough. My issue with these is the low quality of the sound I expected it to be much much louder and it didnt deliver. The cost compared to price wasnt worth it I returned the product

These are a great purchase overall. They last long but tend to hurt my ears after a while. Not as good for phone calls as the AirPods, but great for working out.

Good Purchase I Had These For Over A Year And They Still Work Perfectly

I recently purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Beats Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones. I absolutely love the over-ear comfort, I am disappointed with the battery life. Unfortunately, the battery started dying just over a year after purchase, which is quite frustrating. Overall, the look and feel are great, but the longevity of the battery leaves much to be desired.

The earphones sound really good and work well so far. The only problem was that they were a Christmas gift, and didn't arrive until after Christmas.

The sound quality is excellent. After some time, the earphones don't stay around the year and we need to readjust. I would recommend buying this product.

Refurbished but just like new. Use the beats at the gym and for an outside walk.

Sound quality is good. Setting up the pods on the ears is bit time consuming. Volume adjustment is handy. Package didn’t come with manual

Best earphones for working out! I am so happy that Beats came out with this. What's better is that its battery life is exceptional! To top that off, getting this refurbished model saves you a lot of money. One of my best purchases.

These are my second pair. Unfortunately the first we’re not properly charging due to corrosion where it connects with the case. The metals nubs also wore down too. Otherwise really great sound and never worry about them falling out. Just wish they’d charge/connect better

These headphones are awesome for listening to music and talking on the phone and they are so easy to use and the rechargeable case is great so they stay charged and protected. I love them and have recommended them to 3 of friends who have also bought them from Best buy.

I love that you’re a piece I can never lose them. They sound great and the case makes it perfect to put it away and I lose it since it’s not so small.

Secure and comfortable fit, good sound, no active noise cancellation but a good balance between music and outside noise. Exactly what I hoped for, and no issues with refurbished.

Great for exercise. But, sound depends on how well they fit you. There are different ear tip options but if its not a good fir, sound quality will suffer

Great for sports and exercise use. You don’t have to worry about them sliding off.

Good headphones but actually prefer a cable to have on headphones when working out. Easier to hang around you neck when taking a breather. Case is also a bit too big to carry around. Otherwise they sound good and get loud enough to get the job done
