Easy to connect, great sound quality, besides not having noise canceling its really good

They work well for phone calls even if only one earphone. At times will override other bluetooth devices. Very secure with ear wrap around.

Best headphones for working out and running they do not move at all and stay in place throughout any kind of workout even running!

they work great and came with just about everything. it came with a charger that didn’t fit the port. and i didn’t bother returning

These are my second pair. Unfortunately the first we’re not properly charging due to corrosion where it connects with the case. The metals nubs also wore down too. Otherwise really great sound and never worry about them falling out. Just wish they’d charge/connect better

It’s a good product. Great sound . But the charging on my left pod seems to always be lower than the right even after an overnight charging.

I really love the Beats brand. However, I have had had these earphones for about 6 months and when speaking with someone on the phone, the clarity is terrible sometimes. The person I'm speaking with tells me they can't hear me or the sound is robotic and we both hear it. When I switch to the handset or speakerphone the audio is clear and has no issues. The music playback is great though!

They work but had a lot of connection issues. Many times it will randomly connect to headphones

I'll give the product a 5 star for packaging, look of quality, and quick delivery. Unfortunately the product wasn't the right one for the phone my husband has so we had to return them.

They are always the best sounding. After 1-2 years they do start not charging or not pairing or working correctly. But its well worth to replace.

Loses connection, doesn’t have much listening time

I wasn’t sure about buying refurbished earphones, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw them! They connected to my iPhone without any problems, they fit great on my ears, and the sound is phenomenal! Very happy so far!

Sounds is great. I love the fit and happy they dont fall out. Only gripe is that when you put the right earphone in the charger it doesnt properly connect so you phone connected to the right earphone draining the battery while the left is charging. It really sucks. If I would have known that I would have not purchased this unit.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this items because they are refurbished and used. But this item has worked well up to today. The battery holds charge and they are awesome for the price i paid for them. Would recommend them to anybody.

I bought these headphones for the gym and I am definitely satisfied. The connections work as easily as you’d expect on an iPhone, and the battery life certainly lasts quite a few workouts without having to recharge

Bought mine refurbished and it worked amazingly well. No complaints. 2nd pair will definitely recommend.

I have the Apple AirPods, which I enjoy for business calls or casually listening to music. The thing I really Like about the Beats is they stay in place when I am out jogging or working out. These are perfect if you are extremely active.

Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

Wouldn't have known they were refurbished. Everything appeared almost new. Besides the sticker that says refurbished but other than that I just popped my old ear plugs in and I was game.
