It was super easy to connect to my phone and battery life last for DAYS!! I truly recommend them especially from Best Buy since everywhere else sells them $100 more compared to Best Buy truly the best purchase I made

They have ok sound quality, but they oick up background noise and amplify it. Also, they haedphones dont always sit in the charging pod correctly and dont get a good charge

I love these. The fact that they're wireless like airpods are exciting. I would have gave them a 5 but sometimes I feel that they're too sensitive.

Sound and function are perfect. No difference was noticed :)

These are great Bluetooth Head sets. They are great for listening to music as well as telephone calls. I myself was really surprised at how clear everyone said i sounded using these Beats. I would definitely recommend this product to family & friends.

Best Buy hasn't failed me yet! These came to me in excellent condition. It was like they were actually brand new and not refurbished!

The fit is good and the earphones did work without issue for about six months. Then the volume on the right earphone dropped considerably, and even going through the process of resetting the earphones hasn't had an impact. There are better options on the market, especially considering the price (refurbished or brand new).

Bought these for my husband because the Apple AirPods don’t stay in his ears. We took them on vacation and he loved them. They fit nice and snug over and in his ears.

Love my beats nice in my ear so I don’t lose them. Once my son got a hold of them I never got to use it again I love them

I bought a pair of geek squad certified before and they worked for about 2 years. So far I have not had any issues with these.

I received these and they are decent for refurbished earphones. I wished they were louder but I’m satisfied and prefer them over apple earbuds.

Love these headphones, they stay put and are loud enough for the gym or jogging. Won’t fall out your ears when sweating.

Love these for the gym, though they do not have as much base as the new beats buds. they get the job done and do not fall off the ear.

Didn't really know what to expect getting refurbished headphones. The reviews seem to be on point and I am glad that I purchased them. I have not had any issues as of yet if I do I will adjust my review. Can't beat $100 off the original price.

The headphones are great and I can say I selected a great product ! They are compatible with my IPhone and the sound is perfect.

Wouldn't have known they were refurbished. Everything appeared almost new. Besides the sticker that says refurbished but other than that I just popped my old ear plugs in and I was game.

Wow what a great sound even on low volume! The charging case is a great design. My husband loves having them for work because they work with his laptop and meetings. The sound is so much better than his truck phone/mic.

Great sound, great look. I workout everyday and sweat doesn't affect them. Takes some practice to get on your ears.

I really love the Beats brand. However, I have had had these earphones for about 6 months and when speaking with someone on the phone, the clarity is terrible sometimes. The person I'm speaking with tells me they can't hear me or the sound is robotic and we both hear it. When I switch to the handset or speakerphone the audio is clear and has no issues. The music playback is great though!
