Thankfully, Best Buy is SUPER picky with their returns and any wear or tear that they see will not be acceptable, and the "Geek Squad" certification gives more peace of mind. However, I did receive the wrong color as I ordered the black ones and got the ugly green ones. So if you're picky on color, beware that you might not get the color you ordered.

I have not had any issues with them being refurbished, just like any Bluetooth they will cut in and out at times, nothing more than that. I’ve read other reviews on refurbished beats and it seems to be hit or miss, but $110 and backed by geek squad protection it was worth a try and so far so good.

Ido like to crank my music after years of being in radio, sometimes I just like my volume loud. These are great but the volume just wasn't strong enough for me. Otherwise, mic and calls sounded great, although low in volume with my iphone xr and my work windows laptop
