This Powerbeats pro was Refurbished, I dont have any complaint about the sound is so good….i brought it at very good price.

The sound and the quality are good but I prefer the Navy blue or Tan.

This ones was a gift for my wife, this is the second pair that she had, but the first one she lost it, get it because she love it.

I received the refurbished headphones, and they were packed into their original packaging, but they were filthy. They still had crud from someone else’s ears! But I still wanted the headphones, so I cleaned them thoroughly myself and then finally tried them. The right headphone has almost no volume, no matter what I do. It’s almost like only the left headphone is on. I’ve been trying them all morning, listening to different things, trying different headphones, etc., but the problem is with this pair of headphones. The right side just barely works. What a disappointment.

I bought these earphones because I had tested them and I loved the quality of them. I was excited until I saw the box and it was a huge tear in the box as if it was forced opened. I ignored it and began to set up the earphones. Once they were set up, the left earphone connected but the right earphone didn’t connect. I tried numerous times to reset the earphones and it didn’t work. I began to investigate then I see that the button on my right earphone button did not work, it was stuck inside the earphone. I am disappointed in this because BestBuy has always been my favorite store when it comes to electronics. I then returned the product because I could not go through another phase of disappointment.

Love these. They came in great condition and work well. Would purchase again if needed.
