Arrived defective twice

Initially the ivory pair was disconnecting from my phone. One of the earpieces had audio that would go in and out. I called bestbuy twice before I was able to get a replacement pair. After a month of use the second pair is failing also. One headphone goes in and out. Sometimes the audio only plays on one side. Other times the audio has a lot of feedback. The ivory pair also drains a lot quicker than the black pair. I definitely will not buy refurbished again.

Even though the headphones were refurbished the package included everything except for directions. It would have been nice to have the instruction manual but I will manage.

Max volume seems to be to low, especially coming from the Beats brand. Not sure if this is because it’s a refurbish item And still defected, but very unsatisfied!

The worse experience ever
