Did not work

It happen multiple times but unfortunately I did not return them with in the return policy. Now I'm stuck with these that I dont trust.

Waste of time and money!!

They came dirty. After cleaning them myself i discovered that the left earphone is completely shot. Its unfortunate and i will be returning these tomorrow and buying new ones. I shouldve known it was too good to be true.

Belongs at the Dollar Store

Also, the sound stopped working after the 4th use in the L piece. Tried everything that was suggested online.. returned.

Left bud no longer works!

Not sure if it's Beats or just Best Buy. Sure these are cheaper because they are refurbished, but hey, there goes 150 dollars!

No ear tips

I am having to order new ear tips on top of buying the beats headphones which was a bit confusing.
