Excellent quality. Love how iPhone turns them on and off automatically. Also, connects Bluetooth with iPhone. Shows charging status and battery life on iPhone. Sound is very good and mic is very clear. Charging case is great to recharge on go but also a great carrying case.

Great sound and they are very comfortable you can wear these all day.

So as far as sound quality they are good. For use when running or other activities they are great for staying in place. I got these refurbished and so I’d say they were worth the money. Would I buy them at full price probably not.

Excellent addition to my admittedly unnecessary collection of earbud and headphones (wired and wireless). Great sound, fit, and waterproof/resistant capabilities are really useful when exercising. Bluetooth pairing is a snap with iPhone Pro Max, iPad and my Android devices. Refurbished but fine by me!

Sounds awesome! Also doesn't fall out when exercising, great bass, wireless too, only wish it wasn't Apple branded cables and just regular Type C connections

I love these but I keep losing one (always the right one smh) they have great sound, stay in my ears for work outs, I can use one at a time, and charge easily.

Great sound and Apple ecosystem integration with a better ear fit than my Airpods Pro while keeping a similar sound and freedom of use. Superb wireless for workouts, study, or media consumption.

I brought these after getting my fiancé a pair…I have never been a fan of earphones, buds or anything in my ears because they always bothered me after a couple min. Let me tell you these are so comfortable I forget I have it on. I use one at a time for daily use. I deliver mail and these Totally wireless power Beats Pro allow me to be completely hands free. I can text, call, play my music…all by saying hey Siri! And the charge last on these little suckers lol. I have yet to use the other ear. They also block out the background noise so well that no one believes I’m out working with cars flying by. A definite must buy!

Just bought so far so good, love the wireless feature nice to not have a cord, sound is still as good as the ones with the cord. Overall Im pleased.

The quality for my certified refurbished item is high. The setup and connectivity with Iphone was seamless. Audio quality, comfort, and noise cancellation are all high.

I purchased the refurbished ones and they sound just as good as a new pair. They last for hours and stays in place with out falling out. Was on sale and had a some rewards that made it cheaper.

These have been great. I bought them because I am doing online teaching and can't stand being tethered to the computer by a wire. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is great. My only complaint is I have some issues with pairing them to the laptop but it is a minor problem.

Excellent product. The charging case is large enough to be visible but small enough to conceal. Sound is great and the charging time vs playback time is undefeated. Especially for gym advocates.

Repeat, you get what you pay for. My wife loves them. It was between this and some other brand that I will not mention because we made the better choice. HA!!! The sound is off the charts now they could have been louder but you’ll definitely will not hear the sounds around you and that wouldn’t be safe. They still will get the job done.

Refurbished in great condition with great price and sound

While the product itself is okay, know that these earphones are finicky products. They usually work pretty well, but they don't connect as well, or as consistently, as some other bluetooth headphones, such as AirPods for example. Mine would regularly connect in one ear but not the other (perhaps because they were refurbished rather than new but suspect this could as easily happen to new ones as well). When you are ready for a run, you don't want to have to mess with connection problems or go find the case and reset them, which is the only way I could get them to both work again. On a few occasions I just ran with one ear not working. For a product this expensive, that is just not acceptable. Apple is good at supporting their products, but these really do suggest the need for AppleCare as I can see these failing beyond the initial warranty/return period. Speaking of, beware that you cannot buy AppleCare for these when buying refurbished. Best Buy told me I could and sent me to the Apple Store to purchase AppleCare, only to find out from Apple that they won't sell AppleCare on certified refurbished products (aside those bought directly from Apple) so, if you try to save some money on these refurbished, know you are taking the risk of them failing and then you are out of luck and money. I really wish Best Buy had 1) known about this policy and 2) told me this when I bought them. So, fortunately, I'm within the return window and I'll just buy them new so I can get the AppleCare protection.
