Good to hear music phone phone I like it it is super good

They sometimes don't work or connect to my phone. I suppose that is a small price to pay for refurbished.

I was satisfied with the syncing but the volume te ds to be softer then the wired beats

Sits well on ears , nice quality , sound quality need a little more bass.

I really love my beats pros best over the year and I got the refurbished pair. Definitely worth the money.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. The only reason I bought refurbished is because of how great geek squad usually is with their items. When I saw it was geek squad certified refurbished, I thought wow this is great!! They were visually in good condition upon receiving. They were an anniversary present for my husband. When he opened them he was ecstatic, only to find out that the LEFT HEADPHONE WOULDNT PAIR!! I think it’s ironic how after seeing the issue, I clicked back into the reviews to the one star ratings and they ALL said the same thing. Issue with the left headphone. Prior to buying, all of the 5 star ratings were just so coincidentally visible for me, while the poor ratings had to be clicked into. Why keep selling them knowing people have the same exact issue. They’re either great, or the left headset is broken. Because of COVID, I had to return them via mail. Even though they were defective, I still had to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. The post office shows them being delivered to Best Buy this past Monday and I still have yet to get a refund to my card.

Best fitting war bids I’ve had - I have small ears and these fit perfectly. They don’t hurt my ears either after wearing for several hours working .

There's a reason Applecare is not offered on refurbished items. This will be my last time buying these worthless products. This started manifesting issues not long after I bought it. By the time I realized that it was the headphones and not a lack of charge, it was too late to return. The right bud doesn't always charge in the case. Then, when it does, it's the first to drop sound even when it's charged. This is a piece of junk. It seems like Best Buy takes these faulty products from customers, then they get their Geek Squad technicians to blow some air in it, then repackage it as "refurbished". They are never fixed, just repackaged. Absolute rip-off

Espectacular sound and fit to the ears. Crispy sound smart sensor And very intuitive. Work sweet with iPhone. Siri is very helpful and activated with voice commands.

Purchased as a gift and didn’t realize product was refurbished at the time.. checked them out when I received and everything was there and even had unopened rubber earbuds to interchange. Overall no issues with headphones and were well received

☆☆Highly recommend!!!!! I paid half the price for the refurbished beats after losing the 1st pair I had and i am glad i did bc i got a brand new pair !!!! I would say Best Buy refurbished is the way to go!!!

I love beat earpiece a lot, have bought four of different type so far. I bought the bud for two of my friend and one for my baby brother and this for myself.

I really really wanted to keep these but my earbuds started to have connection issues. I’d be in the middle of a workout and my music would cut out. Not sure if this was just a bad pair or if everyone experiences this. Fit and comfort was great but had to return.

They wouldn’t connect to my phone and the chat hint ports for one of the headphones was corroded and didn’t charge the ear peice very good

When I bought it online, it was saying refurbished and geek squad certified.... But when I received it didn't work, couldn't even turn it on even bestbuy employees couldn't make it work....had to buy different one Samsung earbud which works great....

My wife absolutely loves these headphones. The audio quality is great and they’re very nice if you’re not the biggest fan of having an earbud hanging out of your ear.

I love buying geek squad certified products when I can. I do so because it means they check the product over and make sure it’s working properly before they put it on the shelf. I had when you buy something and it doesn’t work the first time you use it.
