Nice item, working properly, confortable and sound quality is great.

Got the refurbished ones. They came in the box just like new and in great working condition! They are comfortable in my ear and have good sound quality.

I don’t trust this refurbished product. I would buy the new item next time. The product is decent: I use these at the gym, running, etc. They fit well and the sound is decent. My biggest issue is with the charging feature. I suspect the refurbished pair were originally returned for a failure to connect when put into the charging case; they are extremely finicky and I regularly encounter a dead battery in one of the earpieces right when I need them/take them out of the charging case. Even if I manage to confirm the light sequence that occurs when you place them into the charger correctly, I find they still manage a way to disengage. It is very frustrating and inconvenient. hope most of the new pairs do not have this issue.

Ive had mine for about 2 yearsand cant take it anymore. They wont connect well unless case is open, the right ear sometimes fails altogether so I have to reset them, theres no battery life indicator on the case so you think they are charging but the case is dead, the rubber pieces keep falling off and the charging port only uses apple chargers. I cant wait to get rid of them!! Gave 2 stars because the sound is decent when they do connect, but ads about 15 minutes to your workout to get them working.

They don't go in your ear so they are comfortable, great sound quality.

I am a person who goes thru many earphone and ear pods. I purchase and never looked back, Up until this day, I still have them and love them. The quality of them is still great like I just purchased them last month.

By Far The best , to be honest I think there are better headphones when it comes to sound , but I choose these because how they feel , super comfortable!

I went into these thinking they were going to be the best earbuds I've ever owned especially for the price. But there is virtually no base at all in the sound is okay. I bought them for my trip to Vegas and I did use them on the airplane and during my trip. They're just your typical earbuds nothing special other than they are very expensive for what you get.

I gave it five stars because the team at Best Buy in Savannah are always very polite and helpful. I have made purchases online and in-store and have been met with nothing less than five star customer service! The Beats are good. They are refurbished so I expected there maybe a defect or 2. The only issue I've had is sometimes the left ear bud does not automatically connect. I have to disconnect the Bluetooth completely, then reconnect. Other than that they work great.

Really like these sturdy. This is my second pair and with all the apple products jt comes with worth maybe $40 it’s a great deal when you buy on sale. The battery on my old set died after 2 years
