On time, works for me with the earhooks. I would recommend to anyone. Only issue is the huge charging case.

For a company that I almost always have issues with when it comes to customer service, this was actually a great experience. The headphones were pretty much brand new. I prefer my Apple Air Pods most of the time but these are very good for when you are actively moving around and need your ear buds too stay in place. The only issue is it can be hard to get a good seal and keep it when you are active, this negatively impacts the sound and you find yourself adjusting them often. the range of Bluetooth on these is also great, similar to others with the Apple chipset.

High quality earphones. I'm a big fan of the pieces that wrap around you ears - earphones usually don't stay in my ears very well. They are comfortable and you can wear them for hours. I haven't had any issue with them falling out of my ears during exercise.

The quality of my refurbished Beats is Outstanding! Everything came included in the packaging as though they were brand new!

These headphones are awesome for listening to music and talking on the phone and they are so easy to use and the rechargeable case is great so they stay charged and protected. I love them and have recommended them to 3 of friends who have also bought them from Best buy.

The sound quality is excellent. After some time, the earphones don't stay around the year and we need to readjust. I would recommend buying this product.

The earphones sound really good and work well so far. The only problem was that they were a Christmas gift, and didn't arrive until after Christmas.

Great sound quality. Battery life wasn't what I was expecting

I returned AirPods to buy these. Same technology with the H1 chip but more securely attaches to the ear and they are sweat/ water resistant. Don’t forget – they are made by the same company. Apple owns Beats!

Great for exercise. But, sound depends on how well they fit you. There are different ear tip options but if its not a good fir, sound quality will suffer

Wireless earbuds are best I’ve had. I’ve tried many different brands and none compare to these. I am a landscaper and accidentally charging case dropped from pocket and needed replacing. Apple do not sale a charging case only and this is only problem I have with product.

Refurbished but just like new. Use the Beats for gym and for walks outside with my dog. Great sound quality.
