I ordered these on a whim because I wanted to see how the color would fit in my wardrobe. With these being Geek Squad Certified/Refurbished, it left the door open to wonder what could/might be wrong. The pair showed up in a decent box that looked weathered, not much of a surprise since this color is discontinued in most stores. All accessories were included and the charging casing was in tact. The pods looked surprisingly new, especially to be a refurbished pair. Performance was as expected and they didn’t miss a beat under heavy use. The microphone also worked as expected and the case charged the same. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the fact of intentionally purchasing a refurbished pair and the seeing the weathered box, I would’ve assumed they were new. Would I do it again???? Most certainly, the refurbished pairs are a great choice, especially if you don’t have the $249 to fork over on a new set. Only downside is that these don’t qualify for AppleCare+ and your limited to a 1 year warranty. In the picture included, you’ll notice there’s no visible difference between the refurbished pod on the right and a new pod in red on the left. I recommend these! Despite the negativity surrounding refurbished products, these are better than what you think.....

I love the base, i listen to music all day and I don’t have to charge it . The life on the battery nice

Nice condition. Pretty much looks brand new. I would totally get this color because it’s not too basic yet not too extreme. Sounds quality is pretty good, at pair with the AirPods Pro. Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

I received on 3-23 and opened on 3-26 to notice the color was actually orange, maybe I missed something in the description but I know dang on well LAVA RED shouldn't look anything like orange or a tangerine color..very disappointed in the color, I can't imagine what the other colors describe actually look like in person. Bought the refurbished model due to the large discount. Was worried about receiving a really obvious used / worn headphones, but they arrived pretty new. Great workout headphones due to the ear loops and large battery life. Only downside is the bulky carry case.

Really great earbuds had them for over 2 years now and I got them refurbished. Couldn’t have made a better choice and brand! Works like a charm still despite the usual usage and battery life is AMAZING charges extremely fasts LOVE THEM!

Loved these, everything comes packaged well and ear bud pieces are wrapped in plastic. Absolutely would get them refurbished again this was my first time purchasing anything refurbished and everything is in tact like the regular ones but less pricey!

It's good but i can hear everything around me and low volume and I chek and this voice constellation but i don't see it

I was pretty shocked by the quality of the product. It was packaged as if it was new from the factory. The package had that fresh Chinese plastic scent which was pleasant to see. When I connected the headphones to my phone, they were called “Dads Powerbeats Pro” so that’s the only sign that they had ever been used. I wonder if that was a real dad or some dude calling himself dad. Either way for $99 it’s a big dub

I had gotten something for one my relatives this product and hey didn’t like this headset they preferred a different kind but personally i liked the quality of this headset so much that i will be probably buying them what they wanted from best buy. The quality of their refurbished item was outstanding to say the least!
