I ordered new headphones and waited a week. Finally they came but ruined my whole day it came used and dirty so sad

This item was terrible wouldn't recommend to buy. Ive had these buds for about 21 days and it doesn't hold charge no matter how long i charge them

Well...it would have nice to have a clean set of headphones sent to me. One of the headphones had something in the ear piece

To start with, the one bad thing: the charging case can disengage the buds from their charging ports when closed. You'd think this would be a simple fix, but when I called Apple Support, they said it was a known issue. To mitigate this, I have to leave the clamshell open while my buds charge. Aside from this, they work pretty great. They're sturdy (I've dropped the case and the phones themselves with no problems), water-resistant (particularly sweat and rain from running outdoors or working out), comfortable (fit in and around my big ears with no problems), and play the music to an appreciable quality. Not quite as clear as the JBL Endurance Peak headphones I bought, but at least these play music after more than a month of workouts.

Have had these headphones 5 seconds and the case is dead and won’t charge. Pic is of them connected to charger but not charging
