Down side their is no extend warranty after the one year as Best Buy does not have the abbilty to sell extended warranty do to Apple's monopoly on their product to give or to have the option to sell the extended warranty as this is my second pair that I had to buy because their was no extend warranty after the one year to be able to purchase. So if you buy it take good care after the one year warranty is over.
