Could be designed to adapt to different size of ear, the ring going around ear is one size, could have designed it to be adaptive to ear size. Price paid seems bit high but it is brand name and hence the price. Bose headset sounds little bit better than Beats and so I suggest try them out before purchasing.

However, came to find out WebEx on Window 10 is having issue with wireless earphone. Anyway I decide to keep it since it fits comfortably and easy to setup, and will use it with my cell phone.
