Bought this as a gift for my mom who loves music. She loves them!!

This is my 5th pair of Beats earbuds. I buy them for all my family members as gifts because they are so reliable.

Best Buy service is always great, and the convinience to find what store has the items to be picked up the same day is very convinient!

I've gone through about 6 pairs bc I love them the original steel cords weren't as fragile the new plastic sucks.

I purchased these buds for my daughter. She loved them and for the price it was a great purchase.

Was skeptical, but once purchased and used they sounded better than any other headphones I had previously used.

I was trying to find the perfect earphones to work out. These are great! You can run, jump and they won't fall out your ears!!

My daughter loves these. One earbud stopped working and I was able to get them replaced for free.

Have had several pairs and they only work for 2-6 weeks before one ear quits working or the go intermittent

I LOVE these! They stay in my ears when jogging and are super comfortable. Others I wore never stayed in and hurt my ears. The sound is fantastic!

This product is great for my iPod classic. I already own a wireless pair but they are not compatible with the iPod classic

These head phones are the best!!! Once you have listen to music with these headphones you can not use another headphone to listen to music!!!!

In my opinion you cant beat beats products, I have bought several pairs of their product line and have never been dissapointed!

I thought I was buying a product that was a cut above the rest, but as it turns out the Beats headphones are like any other headphones out there. I now know the hype and trend was all based on the individual "Dr. Dre". It was a waste of my money.

These earbuds have great sound, but they're not comfortable

Well paying $50 for these headphones is a lot better than paying $100 for them. That said save your money can get essentially same quality headphone from Skullcandy for half the price. I have not had a lot of good luck with beats. So far these work fine but others I have owned in the past have run into issues in less than 6 months of usage.

They stopped working twice. Apple honored the warranty twice and also were very quick and efficient in getting them replaced.

You get what you pay for. Exceptional quality. If you love music more than just normal these are a great inexpensive choice.

Overall the sound quality of urBeats is great. These fit great and they're the only in-ear headphones I've found that I can comfortably sleep in (noisy SF neighborhood). They cut out pretty much all background noise. However, they aren't perfect. I bought my first pair a year or two ago and have had to replace them many times (thank god for insurance). The straight up and down jack means that the cable tends to short out after a while because it bends, rendering one or both ears useless (90 degree jack would be helpful). Also, the controls like to stop working after a few months of regular use. They still tangle up when I take them out of my purse (even when I wind them up beforehand). Buuuuut, they still have mega sound quality and are the most comfortable. I've also tried Bose, Kliptch, Skull Candy, Sol and they're fine for a few hours but my beats are comfortable all day and all night. I just wish they lasted more than 6-7 months. I guess I'm just too hard on them...
