They fell apart after only a couple of months not worth the price at all. Sound was only decent much rather buy a Sony brand for more than half the price.

I was expecting a better sound with these earbuds, but my headphones that came with my phone sounded exactly if not better than the beats earbuds. I ended up returning them.

Well, I have small ears so even with two sizes in the box they just didn't work. The sound is not all it's cracked up to be either. I like my 20 dollar Yurbuds better.

Well, I don't get the hype. I wasn't impressed with Beats. Maybe it's me, but the sound quality isn't that great. I think there are better earbuds out there for less.

Ended up having to return twice for new ones. One side of the earbuds stopped working TWICE. after the 2nd time we exchanged for a different brand.

I bought these and overall I do believe they are a good pair of in ear headphones. I personally think over ear headphones sound better, but if your looking for in ear headphones than you can work out with and are a little cheaper, then these are the way to go. In all honesty they are bass concentrated and you get bass even when your not looking for it, but isn't that what we expect out of Dre's beats? I didn't expect anything different. Bass sounds amazing with hip hop and pop. If your looking for an overall good headphone I would get the Bose ie2, but keep in mind that the ie2 are not made for noise reduction so if your running and have the Bose in then you can hear cars and other outside sounds. Which I didn't like. I personally am a fan of these beats more. But i like hip hop more than most. Overall these are great headphones and they are durable. If your worried about durability then get the insurance, it's only $14.99 people. Good deal.

The store display showed the bud with the inner ear security when I got it home it did not exist. I called, went back to the store, talked to managers. No one was able to find the attachment still in the display. I was told, "sorry although it's in the display we will not modify the display but we can not find it on-line and we don't carry it". Then I got traded off to a sales associate with the I'll be back to help you although the store would be closing in less than 10 mins.

This is the second pair of beats I have bought! It seemed like they were not as loud as the first pair I bought! I expected more for the price!

They sound alright but are cheap quality. With in 4 months of gental use I need to send in for repair because one of the ear buds is out.

The sound is good but no where near as good as the head phones, I have to keep adjusting them to keep them in,

I purchased these for my twin daughters, they stopped working shortly thereafter.... Good thing I purchased Best Buy's extended warranty, only thing Best Buy said they were not going to honor warranty but for the first time and refunded the extended warranty money back to me on a Gift Card!!!! Parents are spending a lot of money for these devices and it's really bad when the store that sells it to you doesn't even want to stand by it!

SOUNDS ARE GOOD BUT HAD 2 DIFFERENT PAIRS AND BOTH TIMES ISSUE WITH THE WIRES.

I had high expectations for these but the Apple headphones you get with your phone sound better than these. Had to return them!!

Only one headphone wored when they arrived. I am currently taking them in to get replaced.

Got this item 2 times and both times it broke. Not made very well, however the sound quality is awesome.

Got them to match my gold phone and was not happy with the outcome. Very uncomfortable and sound was very muffled. Returned to get Bose sport.

This is the 3rd pair I returned due to a wiring problem. Finally talked my son into getting another brand. Was told there are alot of these returned for the same problem. For what they cost I would think "Beats" would come up with a "fix" for this problem.

I did not like this product at all. I got them because of the name brand, assuming that it would be a great item of high quality, I was not satisfied at all. It was an item that you can't test in the store like most headphones so I had to learn the hard way that they were not what I expected.

No matter what size I change the buds (small or large) they are just uncomfortable for me. They constantly fall out.

For the brand name and price I expected much better. They did not meet up to the hype. A $20 pair of Marshmallows sound just as good.
