    Great for not having to carry a full length HDMI cable when you know there will be one when get to where you're traveling, to for work or play. Or to connect to a external monitor with an available HDMI port.

    I've had no problems using this with my 2011 Macbook Air. It's old but I'm glad there's still technology that allows me to connect my laptop to my smart TV.

    I was visiting a family member and they had a monitor that used a HDMI and my laptop only had a mini-hdmi jack. bought this and installed it and it worked perfectly. would buy again

    This is a great cost-effective alternative to the original. We have a surface that we used for a loop video on a hi-res screen at a trade show. No problems and couldnt tell the difference.

    This worked well for me, and has continued to do so. I have utilized to connect multiple laptops to two separate monitors. There are cheaper options out there though, so I think those should be considered.
