The Thunderbolt ports next to each other are close enough that two of these are too large to plug in. Had to use a pocketknife to “shave” them down to fit.

Does the job at an affordable price!

I also price-matched to Amazon in-store for a considerable discount. I use this dongle with my wife's 11" MacBook Air to access a few of the TV shows that aren't available through our Apple TV due to the lack of channels right now. I like AirPlay for the most part, but a direct connection via an HDMI and this dongle simply offers a much smoother experience with no lag in the video. I also picked up a wireless Logitech keyboard and trackpad combination that I use in the living room to control the computer from a distance. It all works great.

The monitor picture flashes on and off. All other connections and cables have been verified as working. The product must last for than 90 days. I would say a minimum of one year.
