Awful return policy. Will not be making any more purchases from bestbuy again.

I always have to worry about breaking the phone or the armband. Due to my concerns of due care, I simply returned it and never had any regrets.

Plus, the protective plastic makes it hard to press/control apps on the phone

It was way too big and there was no way to adjust it to my arm size. I felt this band would be more appropriate for men or women with large arm muscles.

Our armband has an overall length of 18” with a circumference range of 26 - 37cm. Since the armband is too big for you, we strongly suggest that you find another armband that will perfectly fit your arm. The armband's dimension is also designed to tightly fit the phone (without a protective case) to eliminate the possibility of losing grip with the device.

It's not as good as I envisioned it to be.
