If you haven’t tried changing the battery for the Belkin F8T067, then please do, and you need two AA batteries. Connecting this Wireless Keypad to your computer shouldn't take much time as long as the Bluetooth is on. If it's not connecting after a while, turn the Bluetooth off and turn it on again. Won't work on newer Mac OS

I returned the first keypad because the batteries apparently did not seat properly and therefore no power was supplied. Power is required so that the keypad can connect wirelessly to my computer. The second one had the same same problem. So I've given up and will have to wait for some other manufacturer to make a comparable product.

Initially it was difficult to get it to connect thru Bluetooth and when it did it would not stay connected. Over a few days it would not connect at all. I tried new batteries and restarted by laptop more than once, no luck. I returned keypad to BB, their customer service was very good.

Doesn't matter what I do, reset SMC, NVRAM or any of it, WILL NOT WORK!! Go to the Apple website. Clearly Belkin has a problem. They and Apple are not coordinating. Apples reports on this keypad are just about ALL negative. DON'T buy this for a Mac!!!
