    Great surface area and nonstick surface also heats up quickly. The edges don't cook well, so adjust accordingly and you will be happy with the results.

    This griddle showed unsafe behavior and I stopped using it. During normal cooking it produced a strong chemical/plastic odor, food tasted bad and chemical, eggs smelled wrong, and pancake batter repeatedly turned green while cooking. Food should never change color or taste like this on a properly functioning appliance. The surface was also abnormally slippery, far beyond normal nonstick… causing food to slide uncontrollably and spill off the edges. This strongly suggests the nonstick coating is defective, improperly cured, or breaking down when heated. This was not a one-time “new appliance” smell. The problem persisted after cleaning and multiple uses. Based on the chemical odor, bad taste, visible food discoloration, and extreme surface behavior, I did not feel it was safe for food contact and discontinued use. I would not recommend this product to anyone. This appears to be a manufacturing defect, not user error.

    I was very unhappy, it was a purchase for my home and with only less than a month of use, its iron is burned. We only use it to make pancakes, it is always kept clean and carefully but its resistances burn.
