Prompt delivery. Mmmmh was not first impressed. It felt too light. I been shopping for one that rotates and finally decided on this one. Read the manual and cleaned it. Got my batter ready. I cooked regularly waffles and them decided to add some blueberries ❤ I sprayed the top and bottom with cooking spray, was scared it might stick. They turned out perfect. So easy to use. It was a hit. My babies loved the waffles. My old waffle maker is official replaced. I love this little gadget. Must have.

I got this for an amazing deal and it makes AMAZING waffles! It’s easy to use, has a temperature control, and locks perfectly. I even made gluten free waffles with them and it worked perfect! My only complaint is that it is hard to clean but as long as you’re making normal waffles with no add ins (like I did) it’s pretty easy!

I got a great deal on this waffle maker. I love to cook homemade. The enclosed recipe options are so so. I used my own. Have to adjust time after 3rd waffle. Plate gets hotter. Perfect individual mini waffles. Grandchild approved.

You'll find the waffle maker easy to use. Read and followed directions, and it cooked well. No recipes in the Instructions Manual, so have a recipe handy. Excellent price when on sale!

Best Buy is selling returns as drops with steep discounts. UPS delivered box wide open, corner of waffle maker box smashed. No tape keeping box closed. Opened box, owners manual pages bent, it has been read. Blue Plastic had been removed from the drip pan. Waffle Maker had smudges and burnt corners where the last people that bought it tried to clean it before return. It's a piece of junk returning and filing damage claim.

Well, I finally figured out what that drip pan is for; as the remaining pieces finally broke off. Mind you, this is only the 3rd time I’ve used this, as I got tired of negotiating the rotation. In fact before the rest of the pieces fell, it was stuck in shipping position. I unplugged it, let it cool and was able to rotate it upright; as the bodies hit the floor. Box was damaged when I picked it up, but sales person only lifted up package in styrofoam and said “see? It’s just the packing that is damaged. Nevertheless when I removed it completely that piece fell. So I taped it to the drip pan until I found out what broke. I used it. But had no issues with actual function nor waffles. I’m old and disabled do I don’t indulge in waffles like my younger days. So, I used it a second time- still no issues. Then today it got stuck, then disintegrated right in drip pan. Bella? Don’t call this professional unless you were being sarcastic with it being purposed to catch debris like that. Expletives redacted.

It's a nice waffle maker. Got it in a deal and it seems to make nice fluffy waffles! Easy to operate and easy to clean! Just that be careful to rotate it in right diretion and don't ever use any force otherwise it may break! I also wish it remain in upright position while pouring the batter but it seems to be a little tilted!

I received the item through shipping, and the unit was sealed with a good box. After opening, i noticed the item was missing two small screws. I contacted Bella Housewares, to request the two missing screws. After a few days after making a ticket, I was emailed and advised to return the product to the retailer. Their reasoning, was that their customer service department did not have any parts for purchase, along with their parts department not having the part available. I found this to be quite unacceptable, as a simpler fix, in my opinion, would be to send the necessary parts. This is very bad Quality Control on Bella’s part.
