Espresso is so much easier on the stomach, and I love mochas! It's been so nice to make my own hot mocha exactly how I want it. Comes out smooth and absolutely delicious. Coffee maker is great, too! EASY cleaning makes this machine so easy to take care of.
The only downside is that if you've never used an espresso machine, especially a steam pipe (the little wand on the side), the instructions are horrible and scattered in the manual they enclose. I had to look at YouTube videos, and even a few of those people had it wrong. A bit of trial and error and I'm as happy as can be with my purchase!

I have had this product for about two weeks now, and, although there is a little bit of a learning curve (for the espresso side) once you get it down, you can replace your daily trip to Starbucks with a daily trip to your Bella Pro Series!
My biggest complaint is that you cannot use both sides simultaneously, but this has not hindered my enjoyment of this product as of yet. The steam wand is a bit loud, but at the high pressure it maintains, I did not expect it to be quiet.
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, I just wish the instructions were a little more clear.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I did all this research and decided to buy this, only to have it break. The first time I go to use the espresso side. It’s outside of Best Buy’s return window, and in trying to use the warranty from the manual… Every time I’ve sent information, they claim I didn’t send the right information or they want me to upload a video through YouTube, which I am unable to do and that is my only option according to them. Save your money do not buy this.
