We bought the coffee maker on the deal of the day although it took Best Buy almost 2 weeks for us to pick it up. This review is after the 3rd day of use hot strong cup of coffee. The operator guide is lacking a little as the keep warm function is it for 2 hours after it completes the brew. After searching and tinkering with unit you can change the keep warm time if you press the power button as the unit times out. You will see a keep warm text and time on the LCD with default value 2 hours you can adjust using the hour and minutes buttons. Wish they have an option to get a thermal carafe. We will update you later if we see any info worth noting.

Very pleased with this coffee maker that we got on sale. The coffee lasts longer than other coffee makers because it starts off with the hotter temperature. We like to use insulated paper cups to minimize dishes after coffee and must say they retain the heat quite well. The only consideration and downfall, if any, is the odd cylinder shaped plastic that protrudes from the top to the middle of the carafe. Other than this one minor flaw, which does not warrant a star reduction, we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this coffee maker to any couples out there that neither coffee fix in the morning quick and conveniently with excellent flavor in every cup. Not to mention this is a gorgeous coffee maker. Wife approved means happy husband.

I was very happy with this coffee maker. It greeted me every morning with an aroma that filled the house. And rich tasting, fresh-brewed coffee that made for a wonderful start to the day. 14 of them to be exact. Coincidentally, the exact duration of the standard warranty that came with it. And this is no joke: on the 15th day, as I was HAND DRYING the carafe, it broke in my hands! Now this is not a matter of me just not knowing my own strength. I was babying that thing. I washed and dried it by hand after every pot. If you read reviews on it on Amazon and other places, you’ll see that is a common complaint. That the carafe is way too fragile. I just didn’t see any of those reviews until I tried to find a replacement carafe. Of which there aren’t any. Anywhere. And it’s a discontinued item at Best Buy. They wouldn’t let me exchange it for their demo model either. They told me they would be taking it off the shelves by the end of the week so I asked if I could just have the carafe. No. Thanks Best Buy. So even if you wanted to take your chances and buy one to see how long it might last? You can’t. I have a brand new, killer coffee maker that will never brew another cup again. Sad, really.

Works good but create a lot of steam above and underneath.

I’m honestly baffled at the fact that this company hasn’t gotten sued. The way the pourer is made is so bad. It’s all being held on by the little aluminum wrap at the bottom of it. For a 12 cup of coffee pour? This instantly broke and poured hot water all over myself. Not acceptable.

I have used this most days for over a year, and it continues as well as the day I bought it. Coffee is tasty and brews quickly as advertised - and plenty hot. The reservoir is easy to fill. The carafe seldom if ever drips while pouring. The appliance also looks very nice on the counter. And it was a well-priced on a Deal of the Day. A downside is that the basket or its surrounding housing drips a bit when the carafe is removed, and this seems to have permanently damaged the hot plate (have not been able to clean). This has not yet impacted functionality but is enough to lose a star. However, I hope I don't break the carafe before the appliance itself fails, because I doubt I could find a new one. (Great, probably jinxed myself now!)

Easy to use from 1 cup to 12. Very modern looking. Coffee tastes great and so much hotter than old coffee pot it replaced.

I like the design. It's nice. Fits easily on the counter and looks good. I like the water see through water well. However, I am finding I need more grounds to get the coffee I want. I brew on bold. I am also using 1-4 setting on the 6 cup mark to slow the brew process. I moved my grinder to between medium and fine. The coffee has a good clean taste without bitterness. However, my coffee cost is going to increase by 30-40%. I buy organic whole bean coffee. If I can get a good medium to strong favorable cup of coffee without excess cost I will keep it. Right now I am considering a return. Suggestions are welcome.

Bought this to replace my Mr. Coffee that somehow leaked water all over the counter. I love this coffee maker. Got it on deal of the day for great price, it is easy to use and makes a good coffee. Now the only issue is I recently dropped the plastic cup that sits inside where you put the coffee basket. It broke the stopped off..i have rigged it because I can't find a replacement.

Perfect hot coffee eveytime, for the price couldn't believe the quality and the style.

Worked very well for almost two years. Makes very hot coffee, I have to let mine cool before drinking. Have not used the programming feature so can't comment on that. This morning it wasn't brewing even though the clock and everything else seemed fine. After opening and closing both lids and moving it around to check water level etc. I turned it on again and it started working. Later while cleaning and checking everything again my wife found a melted spot on the plastic beside where the pot sits and a wire is showing. It must be shorted somewhere. It is still under the two year warranty so I will see if it is covered and if I can get it replaced.

Makes good hot coffee, easy to use, stylish and a great value for the price.

This is a very sleek looking coffee maker. It makes a great cup of coffee. I just can't figure out how to manually turn it on. The on/power button does not stay on when pushed. I can only use the timer to turn it on.

happy to got this coffee maker, one side make regular coffee with pre set time for every morning, the other side make espresso and cappuccino. easy to clean

Love that you can select BOLD to brew a great pit of coffee. Also love the cylinder attached to the lid that allows coffee to fill pot by not dropping but fills pot from bottom instead dripping on top. Very unique! Only complaint is that it is 1500 watts to brew. Gets very hot!

This machine knocks it out of the park. It's sleek looking with it's stainless steel design, and it brews coffee super quick. The brew tastes great as well!

Stylish, user friendly, and brews a great tasting cup of coffee. The infusion process definitely makes the coffee taste better than any other drip maker I've owned. Brews very fast! I love my new coffee maker!!

Purchased this as it was time for a new one. Was a Deal of the Day and thought it would look good on the counter. Coffee was hot, it was easy to use, and looked good with our other SS appliances. Unfortunately after 7 months it has quite working. It will not heat up the water to start brewing. Showed no signs of issues, just quite one morning.

This is a very nice practical and functional coffee maker. Sleek looking and easy to use. Basic and reliable. Great value for the money.
